These Terms govern your use of Norte Wallet Intelligence. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Norte is an informational tool that helps you discover and track credit card benefits, insurance coverage, and perks. Norte does not file claims on your behalf, sell insurance, or provide financial advice.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Web subscriptions are billed via Stripe. iOS subscriptions are billed via Apple In-App Purchase under Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Trial reminders are sent by email, in-app alert and push notification. Whether you receive each one depends on your email, notification and alert settings. See Refunds & Cancellations. By using the Norte iOS app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing information about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple when resolving refund requests.
4. Acceptable Use
- Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our database.
- Don't use Norte to violate any law or third party's rights.
- Don't upload malicious files.
5. Content & Accuracy
Norte's benefit data is compiled from publicly available issuer documentation and updated regularly. Always confirm details with your card issuer's official Guide to Benefits before relying on coverage. Norte is not liable for issuer changes, claim denials, or coverage gaps.
Norte's card information is based on documents issuers publish. If your issuer has sent you terms that differ from what Norte shows, or newer ones, your issuer's terms apply. You can upload that document to Norte, and the assistant will answer from it.
Credits, benefits and spending you record in Norte are self-reported. Norte does not connect to your bank or card accounts and never sees your transactions, so it cannot confirm that a credit was applied or that a purchase qualified. Your issuer's statement is the record.
Norte does not receive, hold or redeem any credit, points, cash back or benefit you track. Those remain between you and your issuer.
Earn rates and dollar values in Norte are estimates. Where a rate depends on a status tier or a bonus category you chose, Norte shows the rate every cardholder earns until you set yours, and relies on your answer. Point values are estimates based on typical redemption.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Norte is not an insurance company, broker, or financial advisor. Information on Norte is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norte's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer protection law specifies otherwise.
