These Terms govern your use of Norte Wallet Intelligence. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Norte is an informational tool that helps you discover and track credit card benefits, insurance coverage, and perks. Norte does not file claims on your behalf, sell insurance, or provide financial advice.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Web subscriptions are billed via Stripe. iOS subscriptions are billed via Apple In-App Purchase under Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. See Refunds & Cancellations.
4. Acceptable Use
- Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our database.
- Don't use Norte to violate any law or third party's rights.
- Don't upload malicious files.
5. Content & Accuracy
Norte's benefit data is compiled from publicly available issuer documentation and updated regularly. Always confirm details with your card issuer's official Guide to Benefits before relying on coverage. Norte is not liable for issuer changes, claim denials, or coverage gaps.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Norte is not an insurance company, broker, or financial advisor. Information on Norte is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norte's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer protection law specifies otherwise.
