Norte Wallet Intelligence ("Norte", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What We Collect

• Account data: email address, authentication provider, account preferences.
• Wallet data you choose to add: card names, insurance policies, perk usage. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank credentials, or transaction history.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics on which features you use, to improve the product.
• Documents you upload: benefit guide PDFs you choose to upload for AI parsing. Stored securely and tied only to your account.

How We Use It

• To provide the service: showing your benefits, recommendations, and coverage analysis.
• To improve Norte: anonymized analytics and product research.
• To communicate with you: transactional emails and (with consent) product updates.

AI Processing

When you upload a benefit guide PDF or use the Norte Assistant, content is processed by AI providers under data-processing agreements. Your inputs are not used to train external models.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Access, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of marketing emails.
• Request deletion: contact privacy@norteapp.io.

Data Security

Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Hosted on Supabase. Access is restricted by row-level security tied to your authenticated account.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and (with consent) analytics cookies to understand product usage. No advertising cookies.
