Cancelling Your Subscription

Web (Stripe)

Open Norte → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then.

iOS (Apple In-App Purchase)

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Norte → Cancel. Apple, not Norte, manages iOS billing and cancellations.

Refund Policy

We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error or have a special circumstance, contact support@norteapp.io within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it.

EU Consumer Rights

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription start. To exercise this right, contact us before consuming the service. Once you've actively used Premium features, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply per Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

iOS Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not Norte. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
